Thank you for shopping with Nature’s Essence Soap Co. We are committed to carefully preparing and delivering your handcrafted soaps as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Because our soaps are handcrafted, processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, sales, or holidays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email provided with your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $30 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Nature’s Essence Soap Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at williame@naturesessencesoapco.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review your claim.
